For e. coli, Mr Charest bacteria genera, shigella, yell, bacteria, pseudomonas aeruginosa, klebsiella pneumoniae, gas enterbacteriaceae, vibrios and single cell bacteria and gram-negative bacteria also has strong antibacterial activity. Fosfomycin inhibits the early synthesis of bacterial cell walls, and its molecular structure is similar to phosphoenolpyruvate, therefore can compete with bacteria same transferase, the synthesis of bacterial cell walls is restrained and killing bacteria.
